1. Scope of KNF Supervision: The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) exercises limited supervision over Alternative Investment Companies (ASI) registered in their database. This supervision primarily involves collecting reports on total asset values. KNF does not verify the financial statements or the composition of investment portfolios of ASIs.
2. Investment Risks: Investments in ASIs carry inherent risks due to limited regulatory oversight. These include the absence of a mandatory depositary agreement, no requirement for a remuneration policy, and limited internal control system regulations.

🇬🇧The AIF does not consider principal adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors from the perspective of investment impact on the environment. This is justified by the nature of the AIF (venture capital investor), the type of products offered (shares), and the scale of operations.

Taking these factors into account would significantly increase the costs of the investment process, which, given the nature of the AIF, the number of products offered, and the scale of operations, could limit the AIF’s profitability and, consequently, the return on participation in the AIF.

In accordance with Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council, we declare that the investments underlying this financial product do not take into account the EU criteria for environmentally sustainable economic activities.

Jest to uzasadnione charakterem ASI (inwestor typu venture capital), rodzajem udostępnianych produktów (akcje) oraz skalą prowadzonej działalności.

Uwzględnianie tych czynników zwiększyłoby w sposób znaczący koszty procesu inwestycyjnego, co z uwagi na charakter ASI, liczbę udostępnianych produktów oraz skalę prowadzonej działalności mogłoby ograniczyć rentowność ASI, a w konsekwencji zwrot z tytułu udziału w ASI.

Zgodnie z art. 7 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2020/852, oświadczamy że inwestycje w ramach tego produktu finansowego nie uwzględniają unijnych kryteriów dotyczących zrównoważonej środowiskowo działalności gospodarczej.
